Genus Dicodia Nielson View in CoL

Moderately large, slightly robust species, length 7.10–10.20 mm. General color light to dark brown with dark brown transverse bands or large pale brown spots on forewings, veins continuously dark brown to black. Head narrower than pronotum; crown as wide as or broader than width of eyes, produced distally about 1/3 beyond anterior margin of eyes; pronotum usually longer than median length of crown; mesonotum about equal in length to pronotum; clypellus broad, inflated basally; male pygofer with 2 prominent caudal processes, caudodorsal process setaceous apically; aedeagus tubular, sinuate with 1–2 apical processes; style extremely short, sometimes without apophysis; dorsal connective not bifurcate basally, attached to dorsal base of aedeagus socle by membrane.
