Acentropinae View in CoL

Until recently Acentropinae was known as Nymphulinae (ICZN 2003). It is represented worldwide by more than 700 species ( Heppner 1991) and in the Neotropical region by nearly 250 species ( Munroe 1995). In the Galapagos Islands only one species of this subfamily has been detected.
