Lueheopsis hoehnei Burret (1926: 841) .

Type:— BRAZIL. Mato Grosso: Rio Sacre, 06-1909, Hoehne 2091 (holotype B destroyed, photo in F! [negative number 9237]) . Neotype (designated here):— BRAZIL. Mato Grosso: Colíder, Estrada de acesso para a UHE Colíder , 26 July 2016, Engels & Bezerra 4680 ( RB! [ RB01223733 ] ).

In the protologue of L. hoehnei , the specimen Hoehne 2091 in B is cited as the type. Unfortunately, this specimen was destroyed, and no other duplicate was found in the herbaria consulted. For this reason, in according to Art. 9.8 and 9.16 of the ICN, we designate herein Engels & Bezerra 4680 (RB [RB01223733]) as the neotype. It was selected based on the geographical origin of the lost holotype and morphological characteristics described in the protologue and seen in the Field Negatives collection.
