Distribution: Brazil (Bahia, Pará).
Remarks: The species O. cassicoleata was described for the western region of the state of Bahia ( Quinteiro & Holzenthal 2017), in the savanna ecosystem, the Cerrado biome. In this study, it is recorded in the state of Pará, in the Amazon rainforest. It is worth noting that the species was described based on a single specimen ( Quinteiro & Holzenthal 2017) and its distribution may be broader than previously known. The holotype did not have a phallic spine ( Quinteiro & Holzenthal 2017), which could be due to a clearing artifact. In the four specimens collected in northeastern Pará, it was possible to observe the presence of such a structure ( Fig. 4 View FIGURE 4 ). The phallic spine of specimens of O. cassicoleata collected in Pará is long and helically coiled ( Fig. 4D View FIGURE 4 ), viewed laterally, and in dorsal view similar to the phallic spine of O. excisa , as described by Quinteiro & Calor (2015).
