Distribution. Nearctic. Canada: MB, NB, ON, QC. USA: IA, IN, KY, MA, MO, NH (NSR), PA, VA.

Collection and Habitat data. The NH specimens were captured in May by a FIT. Elsewhere, adults were found at entrances of fox and woodchuck burrows, and on carrion in caves ( Klimaszewski 1984, Klimaszewski et al. 2018).

Material. USA, New Hampshire, Strafford Co.: Spruce Hole , 3 mi SW Durham, 12–26.V.1987, D.S. Chandler, FIT, 2 females .
