Distribution. Nearctic, recorded from A/S ( Klimaszewski et al. 2021). Canada: LB, NF, NT, NU, QC, YT. USA: NH.
Collection and Habitat data. The NH specimens were found in dwarf Betula litter, moss by spring, spruce litter, dwarf Salix , Vaccinium , leatherleaf litter, and fir, spruce and willow litter; also taken by sweeping grasses. Collected from June to September at elevations of 3300–6000 feet. In AK, found in litter of Salix on lake shore and pond, and in litter of boggy black spruce ( Klimaszewski et al. 2021). In Canada (LB) reported from pond and stream margins in moss and clay and under rocks, and from pitfall traps in shrubby coastal barrens ( Klimaszewski et al. 2011, 2021).

Washington, Lakes of the Clouds, 5000’, 10.IX.1987, A. Smetana ( CNC) 1 male, 3 females, 5 sex?; 12.IX.1987, J.M. Campbell and A. Davies, sifting dwarf Betula litter ( CNC), 1 female. Mt.
