Collection and Habitat data. The NH specimens were captured in leaf litters, root mats, and grasses along the margins of or in swamps, marshes, and bogs; and in the Sphagnum mat of a kettle bog. Collected primarily by sifting leaf litters. Adults were found in nearly all months of the year. In Canada also recorded from a wide variety of wetland habitats, as well as in beaver lodge debris and in leaf litter on a beach ( Klimaszewski et al. 2018).
