Materials examined. 27 females, 16 males and 8 deutonymphs, soil and litter samples under hartwiss oak ( Quercus hartwissiana ) and moss samples on soil layer, various localities in Çatalca district (İstanbul province), between November 2012 and April 2013; 1 female and 4 deutonymphs, soil and litter samples under oak trees ( Quercus sp.), 41°13' N, 28°58' E, 126 m, vicinity of Uskumruköy and Bahçeköy villages, Sarıyer district (İstanbul province), March 2013.
Distribution. Turkey ( Błaszak, 1979).
Remarks. This species was recorded from Bolu and İstanbul provinces before.
