County Records (n = 170): Anoka, Cass, Chisago, Clearwater, Crow Wing, Dakota, Faribault, Garrison, Goodhue, Hennepin, Houston, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, Olmsted, Ramsey, Red Lake, St. Louis , Steele, Todd, Wadena, Washington  , Winona, and Wyoming.

Collection Dates: 10 May–2 August.

Minnesota Hosts: Adults collected on Fraxinus americana  and Ulmus sp.  Larval host recorded as Quercus rubra var. ambigua (Gray) Fern.  Adults also on Acer sp.  , Corylus cornuta  , Crataegus douglasii  , Crataegus punctata Jacq.  , Pinus banksiana Lamb.  , Populus tremuloides  , Q. alba  , Q. macrocarpa  , Q. rubra  , Q. velutina  , Ulmus americana  , and U. rubra  .

Collection Method: On F. americana  , Ulmus sp.  , and in bait trap.
