Collection Dates: 4 May–21 October.

Minnesota Hosts: Collected on Larix laricina and Populus sp. Larval hosts recorded as Acer pennsylvanicum , A. saccharum , Betula lenta L., Fraxinus americana , F. nigra , Ostrya virginiana , Quercus alba , Q. rubra , and Ulmus americana . Adults also on Abies sp. , Acer negundo , A. rubrum , Betula alleghaniensis , Fagus grandifolia , Pinus sp. , Populus balsamifera , and Prunus sp.

Collection Method: On L. laricina logs, in Lindgren funnel trap on Pinus banksiana , and as C. fumipennis prey.
