Current status. Junior subjective synonym of Aptychonitis anomalus (Gestro, 1895) , see CAMBEFORT (1976).
Remark. Chironitis Janssens, 1937 is an unjustified emendation of the genus-group name Cheironitis Lansberge, 1875 , see BRANCO & ZIANI (2005) for details.
