Key to subgenera of the genus Macropsis View in CoL in China
So far, only two subgenera of the genus Macropsis , including the new subgenus described here, are known in China. Macropsis (Parapediopsis) is restricted to the Philippines, New Guinea and northern Australia, M.
(Neomacropsis) occurs only in the Nearctic region and Mexico. We expect that M. ( Macropsidius ) will eventually been found in China, but no Chinese records of this subgenus have yet been reported.
