The species was described from Borneo and Singapore, and has also been recorded froin the Philippines. The description gives the color as "testaceus", but that might be due to the normal green color having faded. (I cannot be sure that this is not gracilis.) It was not very common in Guam, occurring mostly in regions of sword grass.
