Figures 16 View FIGURE 16 , 37 View FIGURE 37
Description. Female. Body length 2.0 mm, fore wing length 2.5 mm.
Head. Transverse in dorsal view, 1.9× as wide as long almost as long as mesoscutum. Temple shiny, indistinctly punctate, weakly constricted. Face relatively shiny, shallowly punctate, sparsely pubescent, inner margin of eyes subparallel, less transverse, nearly 0.9× as high as wide. Ocelli relatively small, distance between fore and a hind ocellus longer than diameter of an ocellus, posterior imaginary tangent to fore ocellus touching hind two ocelli, POL:OD:OOL=3.0:2.0:3.0. Antenna slightly longer than body, penultimate antennomere at least 1.5× longer than wide.
Mesosoma. Length:breadth:height=34.5:23.0:21.6. Disc of mesonotum shiny, with relatively shallow punctures, interspaces larger than diameter of punctures. Scutellar sulcus nearly straight, relative wide and deep with sparse carinae in between. Scutellum highly shiny, polished with indistinct punctures. Propodeum shiny, coarsely punctate anterior-laterally, posteral-lateral field polished with a few carinae on it, areola U-shaped, weakly depressed medially. Mesopleuron highly polished, with shallow punctures anteriorly.
Legs. Spines on outer side of hind tibia dispersed. Inner spur of hind tibia half length of hind basitarsus, outer spur slightly shorter (2/5). Basitarsus of hind leg as long as tarsomeres 2–4 combined.
Wings. Pterostigma 2.7× as long as its widest part. Vein 1-R1 (metacarp) 1.4× longer than pterostigma, nearly closing the marginal cell. Vein r arising from middle of pterostigma, as long as width of pterostigma, vein r as long as vein 2-SR, indistinctly angled at their meeting, vein 2-M half of vein 2-SR. 1 st discal cell weakly wider than high. 1 st submarginal cell of hind wing 2× wider than high. Vein cu-a curved.
Metasoma. Indistinctly shorter than thorax (32.0:34.5). T1 distinctly constricted from middle, 1.8× longer than wide posteriorly, indistinctly concave at basal 2/5, turned-over part shiny, scattered shallow punctures. T2 straight apically, 3.8× wider than long in the middle. T3 1.3× longer than T2. Tergites after T1 shiny, polished, sparsely pubescent. Hypopygium not longer than apex of abdomen. Ovipositor sheath nearly 0.9× length of hind tibia.
Colour. Body black, except tergites posterior to T2 dark brown with pale hind. Tegula dark brown. Spurs pale yellow. Palpi white. Labrum and mandible bright reddish yellow. Antenna and ovipositor sheath evenly brown. Legs mostly bright yellow, except coxae light brown and post third of hind tibia with hind tarsus fumous. Wing membrane hyaline, vein 1-R1 and pterostigma brown, vein C+SC+R yellowish brown, other veins pale yellow.
Viaration. Body length 3.2–4.2mm.

Host. Unknown.

Distribution. China (Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Sichuan, Zhejiang).
Etymology. The specific name “ longivena ” derived from the Latin adjective “long” and noun “vena”, referring to the very long metacarp, nearly closing the marginal cell.
Remarks. This species is similar to D. funalicauda Liu & Chen , sp. n., but differs from the latter by the following: ovipositor sheath shorter than hind tibia; T2 shorter laterally; and punctures on disc of mesonotum coarse, interspaces smaller than diameter of punctures, especially along imaginary course of the notaulices.
