Niteliopsis pisonoides Saunders, 1873:411 View in CoL , ♀, ♂. Lectotype: ♂, Greece: Corfu Island (Oxford).
Geographic distribution: Southern Europe, Israel and Turkey to Central Asia, Iran (based on material, examined by CSE). New to the fauna of Iran.
Distribution in Iran: East Azerbaijan province in northwestern Iran.
Records: 1 ♂ 19.iv.2010 Azer e Sh. prov. [= East Azerbaijan prov.], 10 km E Shabestdar [= Shabestar] ( OLL) .
