Type species. Microselasia obscura Kundrata & Bocak, 2017 ; by original designation.

Diagnosis. Microselasia species share minute body, complete frontal carina, high and carinate fronto-clypeal region, apically narrowed and subacute ultimate maxillary and labial palpomeres, flabellate antennae ( Figs 19–21 View Figs 15–27 ), and relatively short parameres ( Figs 24, 27 View Figs 15–27 ).
