D e s c r i p t i o n: ♀. Length 10-13 mm. Flagellum short and filiform, with 40-41 flagellomeres; 1 st flagellomere 5.8× as long as wide and 0.7× as long as eye; preapical flagellomeres about square. Temple slightly widened behind eye. OED 2.6× ocellar diameter. Facial width minimally 0.8× eye length. Clypeus 1.5× as wide as long. MI 0.6- 0.7. Mandible short. Epomia weak. Mesoscutum densely punctate, smooth and shining between punctures. Scutellum with short lateral carina in frontal 0.2. Propodeum finely punctate, partly with transverse rugae; spiracle slit-shaped; apical transversal carina present medially. Hind femur 4.6-5.1× as long as wide. Hind claws moderately long, distinctly bent apically, with short basal teeth. Areolet shortly stalked frontally, slightly oblique; vein 2m-cu slightly proximad its middle; ramellus long; vein 1cu-a postfurcal. Metasoma smooth and shining. 1 st tergite 1.7× as long as wide, with superficial punctures and short setae laterally. 2 nd tergite 0.9× as long as wide. Ovipositor sheath 1.7-2.1× as long as hind tibia; ovipositor straight or slightly bent upwards.
Color: black. Setae of mesosoma pale brownish. Scutellum with yellow spot. Coxae and trochanters black; hind trochantellus ± reddish; legs otherwise mainly red; hind tibia in apical 0.2 and hind tarsus black. Pterostigma ochreous, with darker margins.
♁. Length 10-12 mm. Flagellum with 40-41 flagellomeres. OED 1.8× ocellar diameter. Hind femur 4.5× as long as wide. 1 st tergite 2× as long as wide. Color as in ♀.
