D e s c r i p t i o n: ♀. Length 10-12 mm. Flagellum long and bristle-shaped, with 70- 73 flagellomeres; 1 st flagellomere 5.5× as long as wide and 0.6× as long as eye; preapical flagellomeres almost square. Temple strongly and roundly narrowed behind eye. OED 2.0× ocellar diameter. Inner eye margins slightly convergent ventrally. Facial width minimally 0.8-0.9× eye length. Clypeus 1.8× as wide as long, with sparse punctures. MI 0.4-0.5. Mandible short. Mesosoma with short setae. Mesoscutum densely punctate, smooth and shining between punctures. Scutellum not carinate. Propodeum coarsely rugose; spiracle slit-shaped; apical transversal carina indicated by rugae medially. Hind femur 7.2-7.8× as long as wide. Hind claws long, moderately bent apically, with short basal teeth. Areolet pointed frontally, slightly oblique; vein 2m-cu in its middle; ramellus short; vein 1cu-a slightly antefurcal. Metasoma with fine granulation, almost smooth and shining. 1 st tergite 2.0× as long as wide, with sparse punctures laterally. 2 nd tergite 0.9× as long as wide. Ovipositor sheath 0.4× as long as hind tibia and 0.9× as long as 1 st
tergite; ovipositor straight. Color: black. Setae of mesosoma pale brown. 2nd to 4th tergites entirely red. Coxae and trochanters black; fore and mid legs reddish-brown; hind femur black; hind tibia reddish in basal third, apically and hind tarsus black. Pterostigma reddish-brown.
♁. Length 10 mm. Flagellum with 65-57 flagellomeres, bristle-shaped.
Color: black. Face, anterolateral spot of mesoscutum, scutellum apically, tegula and 4 th hind tarsomere yellow. 1 st tergite apically, 2 nd to 4 th tergites mainly red. Otherwise as described for the ♀.
