D e s c r i p t i o n: ♀. Length 13-15 mm. Flagellum long and bristle-shaped, with 76- 82 flagellomeres; 1 st flagellomere 5.0× as long as wide and 0.5-0.7× as long as eye; preapical flagellomeres longer than wide. Head finely granulate and densely punctate, ± dull. Temple strongly and almost linearly narrowed behind eye. OED 1.4× ocellar diameter. Inner eye margins slightly convergent ventrally. Minimal facial width 0.7× eye length. Clypeus 1.8× as wide as long. Mandible short. MI 0.5. Epomia indistinct. Mesoscutum finely and very densely punctate, partly granulate between punctures, dull. Scutellum not carinate. Propodeum coarsely rugose-punctate; spiracle slit-shaped; apical transversal carina absent. Hind femur 6.8-7.7× as long as wide. Hind claws long, distinctly bent apically, with basal teeth. Areolet shortly stalked frontally, oblique, vein 2m-cu reaching its middle; ramellus short; vein 1cu-a interstitial or slightly postfurcal. Metasoma finely granulate. 1 st tergite 2.1-2.5× as long as wide, with lateral punctures. 2 nd tergite 1.0× as long as wide. Ovipositor sheath 0.3× as long as hind tibia and 0.7× as long as 1 st tergite, with long setae; ovipositor slightly and continuously bent upwards.
Color: black. Mesosoma with brownish setae. Clypeus black or reddish apically. Coxae and trochanters black; hind coxa red, narrowly infuscate apically; legs otherwise mainly reddish; hind femur red, narrowly infuscate apically; hind tibia and tarsus black; fore and mid tarsi ± infuscate. Pterostigma brownish.
♁. Length 13 mm. Flagellum with 68-69 flagellomeres. Body with denser pilosity. OED 1.1× ocellar diameter. Hind femur 6.9-7.1× as long as wide. Tergites granulate, slightly shining. 1 st tergite 2.3× as long as wide, usually with coarse punctures laterally. 2 nd tergite 1.2-1.3× as long as wide, both tergites with superficial punctures laterally.
Color: black. Mandible basally, palps, clypeus, facial orbit, often anterolateral stripe on mesoscutum and tegula, sometimes apical spot of scutellum and frontal spot of fore coxa yellow. Central tergites narrowly reddish posteriorly. Legs with mid and hind coxae mainly red; hind trochantellus ± infuscate; hind tibia and tarsus black; fore and mid tarsi slightly infuscate.
