D e s c r i p t i o n: ♀. Length 11-12 mm. Flagellum long and bristle-shaped, with 50- 56 flagellomeres; 1 st flagellomere 5.2× as long as wide and 0.7× as long as eye; preapical flagellomeres slightly longer than wide. Temple distinctly and roundly narrowed behind eye. OED 2.0× ocellar diameter. Inner eye margins slightly convergent ventrally. Minimal facial width 0.8× eye length. Clypeus 2.0× as wide as long, granulate, with few punctures marginally. MI 0.7. Mandible short. Hypostomal carina slightly widened. Epomia indistinct. Mesoscutum coarsely and very densely punctate, partly with microsculpture, mainly shining. Scutellum not carinate. Propodeum rugose-punctate; spiracle oval; apical transversal carina indicated by transverse rugae. Hind femur 5.1-5.6× as long as wide. Hind claws short, strongly bent apically, with basal teeth. Areolet pointed frontally, oblique; vein 2m-cu slightly proximad or distad its middle; ramellus short, sometimes absent; vein 1cu-a interstitial or postfurcal. Metasoma with fine microsculpture, but shining. 1 st tergite 2.2× as long as wide, with very sparse punctures and setae laterally. 2 nd tergite 1.0-1.1× as long as wide. Ovipositor sheath 0.2× as long as hind tibia and 0.5× as long as 1 st tergite; ovipositor straight.
Color: black. Setae of mesosoma pale brownish. 1st tergite apically, 2nd to 4th tergites and
2 nd to 4 th sternites entirely red. Coxae and trochanters black; legs otherwise mainly red; sometimes fore and mid femora ± blackish; hind femur and tibia in apical 0.2 and hind tarsus black; 2 nd /3 rd and 4 th hind tarsomeres ivory, sometimes only partly pale. Wings hyaline, pterostigma reddish-brown.
♁. Flagellum with 51-55 flagellomeres; 1 st flagellomere 5.6× as long as wide and 0.7× as long as eye. OED 1.6× ocellar diameter. Clypeus 2.1-2.5× as wide as long. MI 0.5-0.6. Hind femur 4.9-5.9× as long as wide. 1 st tergite 2.2-2.9× as long as wide. 2 nd tergite 1.1×
as long as wide. Color: black. Clypeus reddish or yellow in apical 2/3. 2nd to 4th tergites entirely, sometimes 1 st tergite apically red. Coxae and trochanters black; fore and mid legs reddish; hind femur red, black in apical 0.2-0.3; hind tibia red, black in apical 0.25; hind tarsus black, 2 nd to 5 th hind tarsomeres yellow.
