D e s c r i p t i o n: ♀. Length 11-13 mm. Flagellum short and filiform, with 36-37 flagellomeres; 1 st flagellomere 4.6-5.7× as long as wide and 0.6-0.7× as long as eye; preapical flagellomeres about square. Head finely granulate and punctate. Temple slightly widened behind eye. OED 2.0× ocellar diameter. Inner eye margins slightly convergent ventrally. Minimal facial width 0.9× eye length. Clypeus 1.5-1.6× as wide as long. MI 0.6. Mandible elongate. Epomia weak. Mesoscutum finely and densely punctate, smooth and shining between punctures. Scutellum not carinate. Propodeum finely rugose; spiracle slit-shaped; apical transversal carina present laterally, weak or absent medially. Hind femur 4.2-4.8× as long as wide. Hind claws rather long, strongly bent apically, with basal short teeth. Areolet shortly stalked frontally, slightly oblique; vein 2m-cu slightly proximad its middle; ramellus long; vein 1cu-a postfurcal. Metasoma mainly smooth, but shining. 1 st tergite 1.7× as long as wide, with sparse punctures and setae laterally. 2 nd tergite 0.8× as long as wide. Ovipositor sheath 1.7-2.0× as long as hind tibia; ovipositor straight.
Color: black. Mesosoma with pale brownish setae. Scutellum sometimes with yellow spot. Metasoma black, sometimes basal tergites with diffuse dark reddish suffusion. Coxae and trochanters black; legs otherwise mainly red; hind tibia in apical 0.5 and hind tarsus black. Pterostigma ochreous, margins darker.
♁. Length 10-13 mm. Flagellum with 37-39 flagellomeres; 1 st flagellomere 0.7×as long as eye. Temple slightly and roundly narrowed behind eye. Hind femur 3.9-4.9× as long as wide. 1 st tergite 1.8-1.9× as long as wide. 2 nd tergite 0.9-1.0× as long as wide. Color as in ♀; scutellum usually black; pterostigma yellowish or ochreous.
