Chinese name: OiAEḧ瓢•
Diagnosis. This species is similar to S. lewisi ( Kamiya, 1961) , but can be distinguished from the later by its penis guide approximately parallel sided for basal 1/ 3 in ventral view (Fig. 62g). In S. lewisi , penis guide is approximately parallel sided for basal 2/ 3 in ventral view, then tapering towards blunt apex. (Fig. 61g)
Description. TL: 1.54–1.72 mm, TW: 1.05–1.19 mm, TH: 0.70–0.84 mm.
Body oval, moderately convex, surfaces covered with short pubescence (Figs 62a–c). Body uniformly black, except antennae, maxillary palpi and legs yellow to yellowish brown. Interocular distance slightly greater than eye width in frontal view. Abdominal postcoxal lines incomplete, not recurved toward the base of ventrite (Fig. 62d).
Male genitalia: Penis slender, penis capsule with long inner arm but without outer one, apex of penis pointed (Fig. 62e). Penis guide approximately parallel sided in lateral view; parameres about 1/3 as long as penis guide, densely covered with long setae at apex; penis guide widest at base in ventral view, then slightly narrowing to apex (Figs 62f–g).
Female genitalia: Coxites shortened; styli absent; spermatheca worm-like, with basal ramus and nodulus.
Type material. Holotype: China: Xizang: ♂, Lebu Town , Cuona County, 2400 m, 4.X.2009, Wang XM leg ( SCAU) . Paratypes ( SCAU): China: Xizang: 2♂ 1♀, Same data as holotype ; 1♂, Lebu Town , Cuona County, 2450 m, 5.X.2009, Wang XM leg ; 2♂, Lebu Town , Cuona County, 2400 m, 24.X.2011, Huo LZ leg ; 1♂, Mama Town , Cuona County, 2800 m, 25.X.2011, Huo LZ leg.
Distribution. China (Xizang).
Etymology. The name of this new species refers to county of its origin, Cuona County.
