Szidatitrema vogeli ( Szidat, 1932)— Type species

Type host. Ahanta francolin, Pternistis ahantensis Temminck (Syn. Francolinus ahantensis Temminck ) ( Galliformes : Phasianidae ).

Type locality. Bolahun, Liberia.

Remarks. Although originally described as Cyclocoelum vogeli by Szidat ( 1932), this species was transferred to Szidatitrema by Yamaguti ( 1971). No oral or ventral sucker described—Szidat ( 1932); Bashkirova ( 1950).
