Remarks.

Some authors reported C. signatoides from Cuba and Mexico ( Höhne 1923b, Arrow 1937b, Blackwelder 1944, Endrődi 1966, 1985a). These data are erroneous, and C. signatoides is a South American species ( Ratcliffe et al. 2013, Ratcliffe and Cave 2015).
