Etymology. Refers to the name of the type locality, treated as a noun in apposition.

Diagnosis. The lateral sausage-shaped receptacles are much larger than the round, median receptacles, and project laterally then forwards beyond the atria. The insemination duct is narrow as is the connection between the lateral and medial receptacles. There are longitudinal clefts between the receptacles. The atria, including copulatory openings, and the sclerotised guides are close together and directly anterior to the medial spermathecal receptacles. The abdomen is without large lateral bulges. L1 patella and metatarsus are light brown, tibia is brown. Palps and paturons are off-white with darker patches. Cymbium is pointed distally with distinct long darker spines. The palps have a sparse covering of long grey hair. There is a sparse, light grey, clypeal fringe, while the area behind the fringe is white.

Description. Female: Cephalothorax mid brown. Surrounds of ALE, PME and PLE, black. Pars thoracica with patches of white hairs. Clypeus narrow, mid-brown, with a thin fringe of grey hairs. Chelicerae light to midbrown. There are two promarginal teeth and one small, sharp, retromarginal tooth. Endites and labium light brown. Sternum dirty brown. Dorsal abdomen heart-shaped, dirty grey with faint darker stippling. Spinnerets mid brown grading to light brown. Ventral abdomen light, grey-brown. Palps mid brown with off-white metatarsi. Palp with a sparse covering of long grey hairs. Legs light brown with faint transverse markings. Large strong spines, L1 similar build to other legs, without a fringe on patella and tibia. Longitudinal ventral fringe on femur 1. Epigynum: The copulatory openings are in the centre of a pair of lightly sclerotised atria with distinct, well-sclerotised guides passing laterally close to the anterior edge of the median spermathecal bulges. The atria are placed a short distance anterior to, and in line with, the medial spermathecal receptacles. No gland was seen in the narrow insemination duct. This passes between the medial and lateral receptacles of the spermathecal receptacle close to the mid-line. The ducts open into the spermatheca through the dorsal surface, close to the narrow connection between the lateral and median receptacles. The spermathecae are placed close to the epigastric fold and the receptacles are unequal in size. The lateral, sausage-shaped receptacles are much larger than the round, median receptacles and extend up the sides of the atria. Fertilization ducts extend from openings in the middle of the dorsal surface of the median receptacles. Dimensions (Holotype): CL 1.5, EFL 0.75, AL 1.4, CW 1.25, AEW 1.3, AMEW 0.8, PEW 1.05, L1 3.15 (1+0.55+0.8+0.3+0.5), L2 2.65 (0.9+0.45+0.55+04+0.35), L3 2.35 (0.85+0.35+0.55+0.4+0.2), L4 2.7 (1.05+ 0.35+0.55+0.5+0.4).

Male: Unknown

Distribution and Biology. Collected in pitfall traps in forest in north-eastern New South Wales ( Fig. 39 View FIGURES 32–39 ). As it is known from a limited area transitioning between tropical and temperate climates, it may be at risk from climate change, present IUCN Red List Category DD.
