Prenolepis (Nylanderia) vividula (Nylander)

Niapu, [[worker]], [[queen]] (Lang and Chapin). Although this species is being rapidly disseminated by commerce throughout the tropics of both hemispheres and has long been known to occur in northern hothouses, it has not before been recorded from the Ethiopian Region. The workers before me arc a little darker than typical specimens, but the differences are too insignificant to justify a new varietal name.
