Identification. Female: 1.8 mm. Filiform antennae with 15 segments and 0–2 longitudinal placodes. Maxillary palpi 3- to 4-segmented and labial palpi 2-segmented. Petiole trapezoidal with costulate anterolateral area. Forewing venation incomplete, with R1 slightly longer than stigma length; r&Rs same length than stigma but shorter than R1; M&m-cu complete, ending before r&Rs; transversal vein between M & m-cu and r&Rs complete. Stigma elongately triangular.
