Type species. Atractocerus victoriensis Blackburn, 1891 , here designated.
Diagnosis. This genus is distinguished from all other atractocerines by the 12-segmented antennae in both sexes, the narrowly elongate pronotum, the very long and slender legs with tibia twice as long as femur and combined tarsomeres twice as long as tibia.
