Colletes transitorius Noskiewicz 1936: 151 –154. Type locality: Gagra, road to Adler (Abkhazia).

Types. Lectotype, ♂, designated by Kuhlmann 2000: 164, Gagra, road to Adler [Abkhazia], 26.VI. [1]909, leg. A. Yakovlev. Paralectotypes: ♀, 4 ♂, same dates and locality as lectotype.

Current status. Valid ( Kuhlmann 2000).
