Unaporanga lanceolata Martins & Galileo, 2007 View in CoL
( Figs 23–24 View FIGURES 22–25. 22 )
Unaporanga lanceolata Martins & Galileo, 2007: 1148 View in CoL .
This species was described based on a single female from Ecuador (Los Ríos). The general pubescent pattern of the female from Ecuador (Pichincha) examined by us ( Fig. 24 View FIGURES 22–25. 22 ) agrees well with that of the holotype (see photographs on Bezark 2022 and in the original description). However , the pronotal and elytral pubescent pattern in the holotype is noticeably different from that in the male examined by us ( Fig. 23 View FIGURES 22–25. 22 ). However, as the two specimens were collected at the same place, there is no doubt that they belong to the same species .
Material examined. ECUADOR, Pichincha (new province record): Mindo, El Septimo Paraiso Hotel , 1600 m, 1 male, 1 female, 18.VI.2021, J. Vlasak leg. ( MZSP and JVCO, respectively) .
