Specimens examined: 11 (EAPZ).
Temporal distribution: May‒July.
Hosts: Sechium edule (Jacq.) Sw. and Zea mays L. (corn) (EAPZ).
Known distribution: Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Peru, and Venezuela ( Packauskas 2010).
