Material examined. No material examined from the Ukrainian Carpathians. Additional material: 2 males and 2 females from ZSM collection.

Diagnosis. The female of this species is characterized by the red hind coxae; long and widened temples ( Fig. 1. 1 View FIGURE 1 ); closely rugulo-punctate mesopleuron ( Fig. 2. 1 View FIGURE 2 ); propodeum with distinct costulae and rugulose area superomedia ( Fig. 4. 1 View FIGURE 4 ); and the ovipositor which is about 1.5 × the length of hind tibia. The male generally resembles female and has black face.

Distribution. Western Palaearctic, Nearctic ( Yu et al. 2012).
