Current name: Polypodium simile L. ( Polypodiaceae ).

Note: Proctor (in Bull. Inst. Jamaica, Sci. Ser. 5: 50. 1953) treated a Sloane collection as the type, but this was not seen by Linnaeus and is not original material for the name.
