Female. Body length: 2.3 mm.

Colour Female: head dark brown, palpi yellow, flagellum dark brown with six white flagellomeres at the apex, scape yellow; mesosoma dark brown; first tergum dark brown, second tergum pale yellow with lateral black spots, terga III–VII brown but lighter than anterior terga; wing veins and stigma dark brown; legs yellow with pale yellow coxae and femur of posterior leg partly brown.

Head: vertex, frons and face smooth; malar space equal to ¼ eye height; temple narrow, width less than ½ eye width; ocell-ocular distance 2.5 times the diameter of lateral ocellus;

Mesosoma: flattened laterally, mesopleuron smooth, precoxal sulcus smooth, shorter than width of mesopleuron ; mesoscutum lobes weakly granulose and hairy just along notauli; notauli smooth meeting before prescutellar furrow in triangular area without sculpturing; prescutellar furrow with one cross carina; scutellum smooth; propodeum with basal median areas distinct and margined, basal median areas smooth, basal median carina present, areolar margin distinct, areolar area smooth-rugose, lateral areas smooth anteriorly and rugose posteriorly, mesosternum smooth. Fore wing: vein r shorter than vein 3 RSa, vein 1cu-a interstitial with vein 1M, stigma wider than length of vein r. Hind wing: vein SC+R present, length of vein M+CU shorter than vein 1M.

Metasoma: first tergum longitudinally costate, apical width shorter than length; second tergum weakly costate at base with smooth apex and apical width three times length; third tergum smooth; terga II+III with anterior transverse groove present and nearly straight; posterior transverse groove absent; terga IV–VII smooth; ovipositor equal to 3/4 length of metasoma.

Material examined. Holotype (DCBU-31298); female, Brazil, SP, Galia, Estação Ecológica Caetetus , semidecidous mesophilic forest, 11.VII.2002, Malaise trap; J. Fiorelini col . Paratypes ( DCBU): 2 female with same data as holotype . 1 male, Brazil, SP, Reserva Biológica da Serra do Japi , Jundiaí, semidecidous mesophilic forest, 9.VI.2013, vegetation sweeping; A.S. Soares col.

Comments. This species is distinguished by the laterally slim body, elongated metasoma and its color pattern.

Etymology. This species is named in honour of Juliano Fiorelini Nunes a entomologist researcher.
