Description. Body black, covered with sparse weakly dissected apically scales and semierect setae. Antennae and tarsi brown. Male: Rostrum quite long, weakly curved, with distinct middle wide glabrous carina, densely punctate, finely punctate at apex, 2.3-2.4 times as long as wide at apex, 2.5-2.6 times as long as wide in middle, 2.5 times as long as wide at base, 0.8-0.9 times as short as pronotum. Mandibles massive with two teeth on inner edge. Forehead flattened, densely punctate, about 0.6 times as long as rostrum base width. Eyes large, finely faceted, transversely oval, weakly convex. Temples very short. Antennae long, inserted before apex of rostrum. Scapus long, about 6.9 times as long as wide at apex, not reaching eyes. Antennomeres 2 and 3 long-conical. Antennomere 2 about 4.0 times as long as wide at apex, about 0.3 times as long as and about 0.5 times as narrow as antennomere 1. Antennomere 3 about 3.7 times as long as wide at apex, about 0.8 times as long as and about 0.9 times as narrow as antennomere 2. Antennomeres 4 and 5 conical. Antennomere 4 about 1.8 times as long as wide at apex, about 0.5 times as long as and equal in length to antennomere 3. Antennomere 5 about 1.7 times as long as wide at apex, subequal in length as and slightly wider than antennomere 4. Antennomeres 6-8 subconical. Antennomere 6 about 1.1 times as long as wide at apex, about 0.7 times as long as and slightly wider than antennomere 5. Antennomere 7 subequal in length and width, about 0.9 times as long as and equal in width to antennomere 6. Antennomere 8 about 0.7 times as long as wide at apex, about 0.9 times as long as and about 1.3 times as wide as antennomere 7. Club compact, about 0.5 times as long as antennomeres 2-8 combined. Antennomere 9 about 1.1 times as long as wide at apex, about 2.3 times as long as and about 1.4 times as wide as antennomere 8. Antennomere 10 about 1.3 times as long as wide in middle, about 1.4 times as long as and about 1.2 times as wide as antennomere 9. Antennomere 11 about 1.4 times as long as wide at base, about 0.8 times as long as and about 0.8 times as narrow as antennomere 10. Pronotum companiform, 1.3-1.5 times as long as wide at apex, about 0.8 times as long as wide in middle, about 1.0 times as long as wide at base. Sides distinctly rounded. Greatest width before middle. Disk densely punctate, weakly flattened. Scutellum small, trapezoidal. Elytra suboval, 1.9-2.0 times as long as wide at base, 1.4-1.5 times as long as wide in middle, 1.8-2.0 times as long as wide at apex, 2.5-2.9 times as long as pronotum. Humeri smoothed. Greatest width in middle. Interstriae wide, 8.0-9.0 times as wide as striae width, flattened, densely punctate. Striae quite deep. Procoxal cavities rounded and contiguous. Pre- and postcoxal portions of prosternum very short. Precoxal portion about 0.1 times as long as length of procoxal cavity. Postcoxal postion about 1.8 times as long as precoxal portion length. Mesocoxal cavities separated. Metaventrite convex and short, about 0.8 times as long as length of metacoxal cavity. Metanepisterna very narrow, about 7.8 times as long as wide in middle, punctate. Abdomen weakly convex. Abdominal ventrites 1 and 2 fused, with weak depression in middle. Ventrite 1 about 0.9 times as long as metacoxal cavity. Ventrite 2 slightly shorter than ventrite 1. Ventrite 3 about 0.8 times as long as ventrite 2. Ventrite 4 about 0.9 times as long as ventrite 3. Ventrite 5 about 1.8 times as long as ventrite 4. Pygidium hidden by elytra. Legs long. Femora widened. Tibiae weakly biconcave, with apical comb of thickened black setae and small mucro. Tarsi long. Metatarsi longer than pro- and mesotarsi. Tarsomeres 1-3 with dark thorns around edges. Tarsomere 3 bilobed. Claws long and free. Tarsomere 5 elongated. Protarsi: tarsomeres 1-3 flattened, with pulvilli on lower surface; tarsomeres 1 and 2 wide-conical; tarsomere 2 shorter and wider than tarsomere 1. Mesotarsi: tarsomere 1 almost without pulvilli on lower surface; tarsomeres 2 and 3 with partially reduced pulvilli on lower surface and with dark thorns around edges; tarsomere 1 conical; tarsomere 2 wide-conical, shorter than tarsomere 1. Metatarsi: tarsomeres 1-3 without pulvilli on lower surface; tarsomeres 1 and 2 long-conical. Length of body: 7.2-7.8 mm. Length of rostrum: 1.4-1.6 mm. Female: Rostrum 2.4-2.5 times as long as wide at apex and at base, 2.7 times as long as wide in middle, 0.6-0.9 times as long as pronotum. Forehead 0.6-0.7 times as long as rostrum base width. Scapus about 6.7 times as long as wide at apex. Antennomere 2 about 3.3 times as long as wide at apex, about 0.3 times as long as and about 0.6 times as narrow as antennomere 1. Antennomere 3 about 3.7 times as long as wide at apex, slightly shorter and about 0.8 times as narrow as antennomere 2. Antennomere 4 about 1.4 times as long as wide at apex, about 0.4 times as long as and equal in length to antennomere 3. Antennomere 5 about 1.3 times as long as wide at apex, subequal in length and about 1.1 times as wide as antennomere 4. Antennomere 6 subequal in length and width, about 0.9 times as long as and about 1.1 times as wide as antennomere 5. Antennomere 7 about 0.8 times as long as wide at apex, about 1.1 times as long as and about 1.3 time as wide as antennomere 6. Antennomere 8 about 0.8 times as long as wide at apex, about 1.1 times as long as and about 1.1 times as wide as antennomere 7. Club about 0.5 times as long as antennomeres 2-8 combined. Antennomere 9 about 0.8 times as long as wide at apex, about 1.3 times as long as and about 1.3 times as wide as antennomere 8. Antennomere 10 about 1.1 times as long as wide in middle, about 1.4 times as long as and about 1.1 times as wide as antennomere 9. Antennomere 11 about 1.6 times as long as wide at base, about 1.1 times as long as and about 0.8 times as narrow as antennomere 10. Pronotum about 1.3 times as long as wide at apex, about 0.8 times as long as wide in middle, about 1.0 times as long as wide at base. Elytra 1.6-1.9 times as long as wide at base, 1.3-1.4 times as long as wide in middle, 1.7-2.3 times as long as wide at apex, 2.7-3.0 times as long as pronotum. Metaventrite 0.6 times as long as length of metacoxal cavity. Metepisternum narrow, about 7.7 times as long as wide in middle. Abdomen more convex. Ventrites 1 and 2 lacking depression in middle. Ventrite 1 slightly shorter than length of metacoxal cavity. Ventrite 2 slightly shorter than ventrite 1. Ventrite 3 about 0.7 times as long as ventrite 2. Ventrite 4 about 0.8 times as long as ventrite 3. Ventrite 5 about 1.8 times as long as ventrite 4. Tarsomeres 1-3 with dark thorns around edges and without pulvilli on lower surface. Protarsi: tarsomeres 1 and 2 wide-conical; tarsomere 2 slightly shorter than tarsomere 1. Mesotarsi: tarsomere 1 distinctly longer than tarsomere 2. Length of body: 7.7-8.7 mm. Length of rostrum: 1.4-1.6 mm.

Differential diagnosis. The new species is similar to E. voruchensis Legalov, 2012 from Tajikistan but differs in a scape not reaching the eye, distinctly rounded sides of the pronotum, narrower elytra in males, and wider and less pointed apex of the aedeagus ( Figs. 1D, 1F View Figure 1 ).

Etymology. Patronymic. In honour of beautiful lady, art expert and passionate admirer of beauty Vlada Sergeevna Lisnyak (7.01.1991) from Moscow, Russia.

Localisation. Uzbekistan, Navoiy Region, Nuratau.
