Hosts and distribution. Troglodytes troglodytes (Linnaeus) ( Troglodytidae ) from Germany ( Fritsch 1958), England ( Nattress & Skoracki 2007) and Poland (Skoracki 2011); T. aedon Vieillot from Canada (Manitoba) ( Bochkov & Galloway 2001).
