Way of life.
Size range - 8.5 mm to 9.0 mm; these small beetles, at least in some species, are known to fly. According to Moore et al. (1987) they are predaceous.
Distribution.
Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
Notes.
Nine species are known to occur in Australia ( Moore et al. 1987).
