( Paynter, 1993), Loja, Ecuador, on 14 October 1913, by William B. Richardson.

COMMENTS: Chapman cited the AMNH number of the holotype in the original description ; in addition he had a second unsexed specimen ‘‘possibly female.’’ AMNH 130263 View Materials , unsexed, from Loja, 7000 ft, 11 October 1912, by W.B. Richardson, is the paratype .
