Etymology. The species is named after Mr. Xinye Liu; noun (name) in genitive case.
Diagnosis. The new species is similar to O. celata (Fu, Chen & Zhang, 2016) by the male having the same shaped retrolateral and dorsal tibial apophyses, a thin embolus pointed at the tip, and the blunt tegular apophysis, and the female has round copulatory openings. However, the new species can be distinguished from O. celata by the ratio of the length of the retrolateral tibial apophysis to the dorsal tibial apophysis, almost 2: 1 (vs. 1: 1 in O. celata ), the ratio of the length of the tegular apophysis to the width of the tegular apophysis is almost 3: 1 (vs. 1: 1 in O. celata ) and the conductor is absent (vs. present in O. celata ). Females of the new species can be distinguished from O. celata by the presence of copulatory ducts (vs. absent in O. celata ) and kidney-shaped spermathecae (vs. oval in O. celata ).
Description. Male (holotype). Total length 2.27; carapace 1.11 long, 0.92 wide, opisthosoma 1.16 long, 0.67 wide. Eye sizes and interdistances: AME 0.05, ALE 0.07, PME 0.06, PLE 0.07, AME–AME 0.03, AME–ALE 0.01, PME–PME 0.08, PME–PLE 0.04, AME–PME 0.06, ALE–PLE 0.07. Chelicerae with three promarginal and two retromarginal teeth. Leg measurements: I 3.69 (1.00, 1.37, 0.88, 0.44), II 2.91 (0.79, 1.01, 0.67, 0.44), III 2.48 (0.70, 0.76, 0.64, 0.38), IV 3.60 (1.04, 1.05, 1.00, 0.51). Leg spination: I femur 3pv, 1d, tibia 6-6v, metatarsus 4-4v; II femur 1d, tibia 5-5v, metatarsus 3-3v, III femur 1d, IV femur 1d.
Coloration ( Fig. 47K View Figure 47 ). Carapace yellow-brown, two black lines across carapace, edge black. Chelicerae yellow-brown. Endites and labium yellow. Sternum paler yellow. Legs paler yellow with black annulations. Opisthosoma oval, dorsum dark brown, with numerous white spots, terminus with big white spot, dorsal scutum covering almost all of opisthosoma, ventrum yellow. Spinnerets yellow.
Palp ( Fig. 39 View Figure 39 ). Femoral apophysis well developed, almost two times longer than width of patella, with groove. Patella almost as long as wide. Ventral tibial apophysis absent. Retrolateral tibial apophysis slightly curved, thick. Dorsal tibial apophysis long, almost as long as tibia, terminus needle-shaped. Cymbium two times longer than wide. Bulb oval. Sperm duct U-shaped. Tegular apophysis semicircular. Embolus with broad base and pointed tip, curved.
Female (IZCAS-Ar43963). Total length 2.69; carapace 1.17 long, 0.98 wide, opisthosoma 1.53 long, 0.96 wide. Eye sizes and interdistances: AME 0.05, ALE 0.07, PME 0.06, PLE 0.07, AME–AME 0.03, AME–ALE 0.02, PME–PME 0.08, PME–PLE 0.05, AME–PME 0.08, ALE–PLE 0.07. Chelicerae with three promarginal and two retromarginal teeth. Leg measurements: I 3.87 (1.08, 1.47, 0.91, 0.41), II 3.16 (0.87, 1.10, 0.74, 0.45), III 2.57 (0.70, 0.78, 0.67, 0.42), IV 3.85 (1.07, 1.14, 1.01, 0.63). Leg spination: I femur 3pv, 1d, tibia 7-7v, metatarsus 4-4v; II femur 2pv, 1d, tibia 5-5v, metatarsus 2-2v, III femur 1d, IV femur 1d.
Coloration ( Fig. 47L View Figure 47 ). Similar to that of male except lacking scutum on opisthosoma.
Epigyne ( Fig. 40 View Figure 40 ). Epigynal plate rectangular, curved ventrally. Copulatory openings oval, separated, at the anterior of the epigynal plate. Copulatory ducts thick, strongly curved, U-shaped. Bursae large, almost oval, two times wider than long, covering nearly 2/3 of epigynal plate. Glandular appendages inconspicuous. Spermathecae kidney shaped. Fertilization ducts directed at clock 12:00 position from spermathecae.
Material examined. Holotype ♂ (IZCAS-Ar43958), Vietnam: Vinh Phuc, Tam Dao National Park , Acacia Plantation, Pitfall traps, 1–30 March 2008, Dinh-Sac Pham leg. Paratypes. 3♂ 2♀ (IZCAS-Ar43959–Ar43963), same data as holotype .
