was originally described from Hinds County, Mississippi. This species has since been reported from adjacent states of Alabama ( Grubbs 2012) and Tennessee ( Kondratieff & Kirchner 2002). This species was collected from a low elevation 3 rd order stream in the upper Coastal Plain Physiographic Province of Georgia.
