Leuctra sibleyi Claassen, 1923 View in CoL

is widely distributed in the eastern United States and Atlantic Canada, but has not been reported from South Carolina, Georgia, or Florida. This species occurs in small streams to medium-sized rivers ( Harper & Hynes 1971) and emerges in the spring throughout its range. This species was collected from two 3 rd order streams in the Blue Ridge Physiographic Province of northern Georgia.
