Material examined. Holotype of H. oratorius : Ƥ, United Kingdom, England, Surrey, Ripley [HMO]. Shaanxi: Ningshan County, 6.V.2011, Chengyuan Jin coll., 1 Ƥ, 1 3 [ SCAU].
Hosts. Delphacidae ( Guglielmino & Olmi 1997, 2006; He & Xu 2002): in France, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Siberia, Turkey, Ukraina: Laodelphax striatellus (Fallén) ; in France: Javesella pellucida (Fabricius) ; in Guam ( Mariana Islands): Tarophagus proserpina (Kirkaldy) ; in Italy: Megadelphax sordidulus (Stål) ; in Japan: Nilaparvata lugens (Stål) , Sogatella furcifera (Horváth) ; in China: Laodelphax striatellus (Fallén) , Nilaparvata lugens (Stål) , Saccharosydne procerus (Metsumura) , Sogatella furcifera (Horváth) ; in Turkey: Toya propinqua (Fieber) .
