Previous records from Egypt. No locality cited ( Haeselbarth 1985), Kafr El Sheikh (Hendawy & El- Fakharani 2011), Ismailia ( Sayed & Teilep 2013).
Distribution. Cosmopolitan.
Host records. In Egypt, it has been reported as a pupal parasitoid of the diamondback moth, Plutella xylostella (Linnaeus) ( Lepidoptera : Plutellidae ) ( Hendawy & El-Fakharani 2011; Sayed & Teilep 2013).
