PUBLISHED RECORDS IN NEW CALEDONIA. — Lindinger (1911).
DISTRIBUTION IN NEW CALEDONIA. — This species is only known from its type series, collected on Mont Humboldt in humid forest (Grande Terre).
HOST- PLANTS IN NEW CALEDONIA. — Podocarpus gnidioides ( Lindinger 1911) .
NOTE. — This taxon requires taxonomic revision, as it does not seem to match the characters of Aonidia Targioni-Tozzetti, 1868 as presently understood ( Williams & Watson 1988a).
