General distribution. Palaearctic, extending to Kashmir; introduced to North America ( USA).
Comments. On Medicago sativa and Onobrychis sp. (both Fabaceae ), Triticum sp. and Hordeum sp. (both Poaceae ), Nigella sp. ( Ranunculaceae ), Pinus sp. ( Pinaceae ) ( Modarres Awal 1996b), Sorghum sp. ( Poaceae ) ( Taghizadeh et al. 2010); on Brassicaceae , Chenopodiaceae , Fabaceae ( Linnavuori 2007) .
