Stenocephalus pallidus Signoret, 1879 : LVIII (as new species); Stenocephalus propinquus Bergevin, 1930: 26 ; Stenocephalus berlandi Villiers, 1951: 136 .

Distribution in Iran. Sistan & Baluchestan ( Moulet 1995), Iran (no locality cited) ( Dolling 2006). General distribution. Eremian from the Maghreb and Spain ( Baena & Coello 2012) to Central Asia and Arabic region; distributed in tropical Africa.
