Description. Holotype. Hindwing ( Figs. 2 View FIGURE 2 B, 3B). Length 29 mm, width 14,5 mm as preserved (estimated complete length about 50 mm, width 15 mm). Trichosors present, veinlets in distal part of costal area forked. Sc and R1 fused at the level of origin of penultimate branch from Rs.

Type material. Holotype PIN № 2389/195, a distal part of hindwing. Kyrgyzstan: Batken Province, Batken district, on the bounder with Tajikistan; Sai-Sagul locality, upper Lower Jurassic–lower Middle Jurassic. Etymology. From the Latin word mira , meaning “extraordinary”.

Comments. I consider PIN № 2389/195, the fragment of hindwing (not forewing) as holotype of this species due to its better preservation
