Described from India, this species belongs to trifasciatus -section. The fore wing is banded with three dark areas, the mesonotal median setae are near the posterior margin, the metanotal median setae are far from the anterior margin, and postocular setae III are very small.
Specimens examined. China, Yunnan , Jinghong City , 5 females, 1 male from grass, 30.ix.2011 (Shiqin Sun).
