Syntype: BMNH 1865.5.2.54–58 (5, females), Island of Formosa , from Consul Swinhoe’s collection .
Remark. Günther (1868) mentioned that there are four 3–inch–long specimens. However, we found that there are actually five specimens in the same jar. The catalog number was registered subsequantly.
