Identification. This species is 28 cm long, brown with shades of gray on the neck and breast, and with a pale belly. The head and upper back are reddish-brown. The wings and lower back are barred with brown.
Records. BRAZIL – Rondônia • Porto Velho, Estação Ecológica de Cuniã ; first record on 25.VIII.2018; camera trap photographs; plots T13 , T30 , R07 , R17 ; WA4047666 .
Identification. This species is small (29 cm in length), with grayish-black plumage ( Sick 1997); the cap is cinnamon-rufous, and the sides of the neck are streaked faintly with white ( Erize et al. 2006).
